It is also our commitment that all information collected will be stored securely, both by Zome and by the other partner entities with whom we work.

b. Data that Zome collects automatically on the basis of users' use of the Platform:

Usage of the Platform may be monitored (the selection of monitored sessions is entirely random and is carried out by a Zome partner), so that aggregate and anonymous patterns can be analyzed and interpreted;The purpose of the survey is to analyze and interpret, in an aggregate and analytical way, the patterns of use of the website, thus allowing us to improve the levels of service and the satisfaction of our users' expectations.

3. Purposes of the personal data collected

Based on the information entered by users on the Zome Platform, the Data Controller will process the data in order to achieve the following objectives:

  • Respond to users who have contacted Zome from its Platform, so that we can clarify any questions that have been raised;
  • Schedule interviews with candidates who want additional information about the Zome Real Estate Network and the central role that Real Estate Consultants play, whenever the user has filled in the relevant form on the Platform;
  • Forward to a Real Estate Hub in the Zome Network all contacts generated by potential clients who have expressed their desire to sell their property based on the excellent service that Zome guarantees, so that they can forward these requests to the Real Estate Consultants who are part of their Team.

In relation to the information automatically collected by the Website, based on the navigation carried out by our users, its processing will be promoted in order to pursue the following purposes:

  • To create anonymous and aggregated information on the characteristics and behavior of users of the Website, including for the purposes of segmentation and development of anonymous profiles (personas);
  • Improve the performance of the Platform;
  • Promote a more personalized experience, so that your real estate search returns the results you really want;
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the highlights on the Platform;
  • Managing the Platform to ensure that it becomes increasingly secure and transparent;

4. Your rights

You also have the right to request that third parties be notified of the rectification, erasure or limitation of the processing of your personal data.

We would also like to point out that some of the information entered on the Platform may not be under the direct management of Zome and that, in these cases, we will make every effort to ensure that the requests made by users are dealt with;In such cases, we will make every effort to ensure that requests made by users from the Platform are respected by both the Real Estate HUBs and Zome's associated Real Estate Consultants (depending on the nature of the information). Our goal is to guarantee the quality and integrity of the information provided by users who use the Zome real estate portal. To guarantee maximum security, in the areas of the website where users' personal data is collected, its transmission is encrypted.

6. Who do we share your data with?

  • Zome has your express authorization;
  • These entities promote, under a contract, the provision of the services made available by Zome to our users;

Zome's employees and associated Real Estate Consultants may have access to your personal data for the purposes of managing the Platform, although they are bound by an obligation of confidentiality with regard to the data to which they have access as part of the operations of the respective information base.

Zome employees and associated Real Estate Consultants are duly informed of the importance of complying with this legal duty of confidentiality and are responsible for complying with this obligation of confidentiality.
